Kelsey Ferry, M.S., PLMHP, is a mental health therapist who specializes in providing individualized services to clients from diverse backgrounds. Prior to pursuing a career in counseling, Kelsey worked in social services for more than six years. She received her counseling training at the University of Nebraska, Omaha and completed her internship at an intensive outpatient program with Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital, located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. During her time at ECBH, she worked with a wide variety of individuals, including a large military population.  It was here she gained extensive experience working with individuals and families struggling with major life changes, trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety, and grief.

Kelsey believes the foundation of success in mental health therapy is building a strong and trusting relationship with her clients.  With an empathetic approach, she creates a safe, supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. Her goal is to gain a thorough understanding of each individual's needs and utilize therapeutic interventions that best fit their unique story.
