Linda Wright-Abalos, M.S., LIMHP, LPC, NCC, is a genuine and compassionate therapist whose goal is to meet her clients exactly where they’re at. She has frequently been told that she brings a calming aura to any environment and has a natural tendency to be able to put people at ease. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support while providing insightful feedback to encourage clients to consider alternatives.

Linda considers herself an “eclectic” therapist, drawing upon techniques from a variety of modalities to find just the right one(s) for each client. Her goal is to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client’s needs. With a desire to understand the client’s world from his/her perspective, she assists each individual in identifying personal strengths and needs. By building on this foundation, the client is able to attain personal growth and learn to deal with life’s challenges more effectively.
