Mitchell Berry, M.S., LMHP, CPC, NCC  brings remarkable counseling experience to his clients.  He has worked in community mental health agencies, correctional settings, and with child and family services.  Populations that have benefited greatly from his skills include adults, children, and, particular to his experience, young people eighteen to twenty-something years of age.  Mitchell is also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful processing therapy which can aid in healing trauma, anxiety, depression and other difficult emotions.


Mitchell believes in a holistic and mindfulness-based strategy of collaboration with his clients.  Tailored to values of self-compassion, warmth to others, and meeting people where they are in their growth process, he provides a nonjudgemental and empathetic therapeutic

experience.
